Located within a two-day drive of 75% of the entire U.S. population near the Port of Virginia, Coastal Logistics Center offers 813,721 square feet of Class A industrial space in Suffolk, VA. The first phase will be available for occupancy in Q3 of 2022.

Red River Logistics Center will be the largest industrial speculative building in the state of Idaho.  Strategically located with access to multiple I-84 On-Ramps and the desirable airport submarket. Red River Logistics offers over 900,000 square feet and up to 172 dock doors.

Leawood Village

I-64 Logistics Center contains two divisible Class A speculative industrial buildings. Industrial Park (IP) Zoning of the property allows for a wide variety of industrial uses. The Logistics Center will be completed Q2 of 2023 and provides strong visibility from I-64 Highway and is located in Shelbyville, KY.


Huntsville Logistics Center is a state-of-the-art industrial park featuring four buildings with a combined area of over 2.2 million square feet. The site spans approximately 125 acres and is slated for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2023. With space sizes ranging from +/- 126,900 SF up to +/- 1,261,980 SF, the park is designed to accommodate large SF tenant users with heavy transportation or utility needs. Buildings 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 can be combined, creating expansive spaces of up to +/- 1,261,980 SF and +/- 939,060 SF, respectively. The park's flexible design also includes an expandable building connection.

Southern Arizona Logistics Center

Southern Arizona Logistics located at 9800 & 10070 West Clark Road, Marana, AZ (“the Property”). This under construction project consists of two brand new industrial buildings totaling 946,435 SF on 68.76 acres. The Property is located in Marana and is less than 1 mile from I-10 with freeway frontage and  northwest of Tucson. The town extends along Interstate 10 between Pinal and Pima counties and is approximately 90 minutes south from Phoenix.
