Blue Springs Logistics Center

Blue Springs, Missouri

Blue Springs Logistics Center added 585,660 square feet of industrial space off of I-70 in Blue Springs, Missouri. The building features 148 trailer spaces, 112 docks, 280 car park spaces, four drive-in doors with 36-foot clear height ceilings throughout.

Liberty Logistics Park

Liberty, Missouri

This development is located on 68 acres of land off of I-35, adjacent to the Ford Assembly Plant.

 

The park features three large buildings. The largest totaling 710,000 square feet; the second two buildings, 80,000 and 132,000 SF.

 

There is also a retail portion, Liberty Parkway Plaza, which offers eight pad sites fronting I-35 and the logistics park.

Oakland Logistics Center 

Pontiac, Michigan 

Oakland Logistics Center is located on 45 acres of land and features 713,796 SF of Class A Industrial warehousing. The building features 4 drive in doors and 156 trailer parking spots.

El Paso Logistics Center

Caroline 95 Logistics 

Ruther Glen, Virgina

Strategically located to reach 140 million people within 11 hours of driving and offering access to all major East Coast cities within one to two days. Caroline 95 Logistics is highly suitable for distribution, warehouse and light manufacturing use in an M-1 zoning classification. This building offers 1,158,814 SF.

OKC Logistics Park

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
