MICHAEL MILLER

Michael Miller has nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate development and construction management industries. With extensive leadership and hands-on experience completing site selection, asset underwriting, contract buyout, and construction management for industrial, data center, infrastructure, and healthcare projects.

 

Michael has managed over $600 million of development and has completed approximately 7 million square feet of industrial assets, a light rail transit system for the City of Milwaukee, a cancer center for Ascension All Saints Hospital, and data centers/research and development facilities for telecommunications manufacturers.

 

While attending college, he participated in an internship program with a St. Louis developer creating Missouri State Historic Tax Credit applications, which started his career in real estate development and construction management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University – Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business.
