Jake Ketcher

Jake Ketcher brings over two years of experience to Flint, having previously worked in project management at a local general contractor specializing in industrial warehouses, multifamily units, and senior living spaces.

At Flint, Jake focuses on industrial developments in the Western Continental United States. He is actively involved in all project aspects, including due diligence, permitting, reviewing drawings, coordinating with utilities, managing construction phases, and assessing contractor bids.

​

His dedication, strong work ethic, and motivation have led to his involvement in five projects covering more than 4.5 million square feet across four states.

Jake joined the team after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
