Eric Gromacki brings many years of construction management experience to the Flint Team. He has built an expertise in knowing and understanding the industrial warehouse market. To date, Eric has managed nearly 10 million square feet of warehouse projects totaling over $500 million in total value.

As Flint’s director of development, he helps direct industrial warehouse construction phasing, scheduling, and procurement, bringing significant expertise to each project phase. Flint also values his strong ability to develop relationships with local municipalities for support of projects.

His passion for construction and the industrial warehouse market is shown through his hard work and his never-ending drive. He has a strong team-first mentality, always focusing on helping others and the project teams to get to the finish line.
