Before pivoting to the real estate sector, Maddy began her career with a Fortune 500 company in pharmaceuticals where she gained project and client management experience developing strong client relationships implementing new technology in the pharmacology industry. Maddy graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Communication and Media Studies.
