Megan Stukel serves as an Accounting Specialist at Flint Development, bringing a wealth of experience from both public and private accounting sectors. In her role, she focuses on preparing monthly financial statements for the company’s investors, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Megan began her career with Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four public accounting firms, after earning her Master’s in Accounting from the University of Kansas and obtaining her CPA license. Her time at Ernst & Young provided a strong foundation in auditing and financial analysis. She then transitioned to the private sector, joining a high-frequency trading firm in Kansas City. Megan quickly advanced from Assistant Controller to Controller, showcasing her leadership skills and expertise in financial management.

After starting her family, Megan thoughtfully redefined her career priorities, joining Flint Development in a part-time capacity that enables her to continue practicing as a CPA while dedicating time to her responsibilities as a mother. Her extensive expertise, unwavering attention to detail, and ability to balance personal and professional commitments make her an indispensable asset to the Flint Development team.
