Kale has a distinguished track record in commercial real estate. His primary functions at Flint include the procurement, review, and analysis of potential development projects, detailed financial modeling, and transaction valuation and execution. Over the course of his career, Kale has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of over 3.3 million square feet of commercial assets in the office and industrial classes and over 1,680 multifamily units: exceeding a total value of $650 million in closed transaction volume.
In 2021, Kale was selected by the Kansas City Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate. He was also recognized by CoStar in Q1 2021 as a Power Broker for an industrial disposition and was selected by Ingram’s Magazine 20 in their Twenties, class of 2021.
Kale received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown after serving as a Combat Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army.
