Devin Schuster is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Flint Development, a nationally recognized real estate development firm. In this role, Devin leads the firm’s strategic direction, daily operations, investment oversight, and capital partnerships. A dynamic leader with deep industry acumen, he specializes in identifying high-potential opportunities and transforming them into high-performing assets through ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and innovative financing strategies.

 

Devin’s forward-thinking approach has resulted in a robust portfolio spanning industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. He is known for forging strategic partnerships and executing complex deals that deliver long-term value. Under his leadership, Flint Development has grown into a respected player in the real estate industry, consistently delivering results among diverse markets across the country. Devin earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.
