Jodie Schultz 

Jodie has worked her entire career in the accounting field. After graduating with her Master’s in Accounting from UMKC, she obtained her CPA license and started her career as an auditor with a large public accounting firm.  She then transitioned to the private sector, where she worked her way up to the Controller position as she supervised the accounting staff in areas such as financial statement preparation, journal entries, compliance, and reconciliations.

 

Jodie joined the Flint Team in July of 2022. In her role as VP of Accounting, she is responsible for the company’s financial reporting, accounting, and related internal controls functions. Along with her accounting experience, Flint values her strong work ethic and constant drive for team success.
