Steve Harder

Steve brings over a decade of project management experience to the Flint team. His primary functions at Flint focus on managing the due diligence, construction, and design processes for all of Flint’s industrial and multifamily developments in the Western Continental United States. Steve’s strongest talents are his attention to detail, his work ethic, and his passion for building. Most of all, Steve enjoys leading teams of people to accomplish great things in engineering and construction. In the last five years of his career, he’s constructed over 4.9 million square feet of industrial buildings, over 170 senior living units, and over 110 hospitality units.

 

Steve began his career in construction management after attending the University of Missouri where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
