John Puent has nearly 28 years of experience in the construction industry. With a wide breadth of successful project experience, exceptional attention to detail, deep expertise, and pure talent, he adds considerable value to the Flint team.

John has managed over $1.6 billion of construction projects and has completed nearly 34 million square feet of industrial, institutional, and retail developments throughout his career. In the multi-family and student housing markets, he’s completed over 2,000 residential units.

 

Focusing on the industrial warehouse market sector since 2014, John has successfully negotiated contracts for over 50 speculative and build-to-suit projects across 18 states.
