Devin Schuster is the Founder and Partner of Flint Development. Over the course of his career, Devin has secured over $3 billion in development and acquisitions totaling more than 15 million square feet across more than 35 states.

He has a propensity for creating value-add opportunities through new development, redevelopment, and creative financing solutions. His industry experience is versed, ranging from new, ground-up development projects to the disposition of stabilized investments across industrial, hospitality, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties.
